Slim & Sassy Recipes
~Make your own Slim & Sassy
2 drops Ginger
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Grapefruit
1 drop Cinnamon Bark
~Detox Bath
1 cup Baking Soda
2 cups Epsom Salt
10 drops of Slim & Sassy
Add ingredients to hot bath. Soak 20-40 minutes. Do the detox bath 2-3 times a week.
~Body Wraps *Always use cloth like Muslin for wraps. Never put plastic directly on your body.
Body Wrap #2
1 tsp coconut oil
10 drops Slim & Sassy
Muslin Cloth (for wrapping)
Mix oil and Slim & Sassy. Rub on desired area. Wrap with 3-4 layers of Muslin Cloth. Secure with a piece of tape. Wear for 1-2 hours or overnight.
~Cellulite Rub
Grapefruit
Slim & Sassy
Frankincense
Carrier Oil
2-3 drops each Grapefruit, Slim and Sassy, and Frankincense, combined with 10ml of a carrier oil and massage on area of concern morning and night.
~Drinks+
1. 3-5 drops Slim & Sassy in water 3-5 times a day.
2. Slim Julius
2 cups Orange Juice
4 ice cubes
1 scoop Vanilla Trim Shake (DoTERRA's Slim & Sassy Line)
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake.
You can also mix in blender.
3. Pina Colada Trim Shake
8 oz Water, Nonfat Milk, Almond, Rice or Soy milk
5-8 Ice Cubes
1 TBPS Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Pineapple
2 Scoops Trim Vanilla Shake
Blend on high for 1 minute

3 drops Wild Orange
Places drops in capsule. For quick boost massage 2 drops of Citrus Bliss on the bottoms of your feet.
